Friends of Mike Aldred

Mike Aldred has been a Flying Rhino Cycling Club member for many
years. Unfortunately Mike has been diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s
disease an illness with no known cure. To make matters worse for
Mike and his family is that his medical insurance does not cover
all of his needs with this illness. Mike's family, co-workers, and
friends have put together "The Friends of Mike Aldred"
foundation to help Mike and his family defray some of his medical
expenses. If you would like to help there are several different
ways:
1) You can purchase an ALS wristband at the Kinetics Bicycle Shop
similar to the one in the picture with the words "Never Give
Up"
2) The Friends of Mike Aldred group will be hosting
a Walk/Run/Ride at Stony Creek Metro Park on Saturday September
10, 2005. Pledge sheets can also be picked up at Kinetics Bicycle
Shop.
3) You can make a pledge to the Friends of Mike Aldred
