Four scenic routes to choose from:

7 Mile - Family Fun Route (New for 2006)

14 Miles - Flat to rolling roads (new route plus a rest stop!)

24 Miles - Rolling to slightly hilly (newer route back by popular demand!)

48 Miles - Rolling challenging roads (the one and only original "Back 40")

66 Miles - Rolling challenging roads (a metric century)

The Flying Rhino Cycling Club (FRCC) was founded as a 15 member
bicycle race team in 1982 by Kinetic Systems owners Jeff Noftz and Louise
Kasl. The Club has since grown into a diverse group of over two hundred
fitness minded women and men of all ages. The Club's mission statement (to encourage and help facilitate participation in the sport of cycling on any and
every level
) reflects the growth that our Club and the sport of cycling has
enjoyed in the past several years. To attain our goal, the FRCC offers many
different events and activities to any and every rider. The Back-40 is one
such event.
