Looking For Some Love?

Now that I've got your attention, this next posting doesn't have anything to do with riding your bike, but it does with lending a hand and helping out those in need.  I feel our club is about these things also, so I'm putting this link up for anyone that is interested, or knows someone who might be. I received an e-mail informing me that the Shiawassee County Animal Shelter is closing its doors on Jan. 31, the end of this month.  Any of the animals that are not adopted out, or taken in by other shelters will unfortunately be put to sleep.  So if you or anyone you know is thinking of getting a new pet, dog or cat kitten or puppy make adoption your first option and check out the site and see if someone there speaks to your heart.  That is how we got our last rescue Dixie, I saw her face on a rescue website, and I just knew I had to have her.  She is the most awesome character ever.  Please pass this info. on to everyone you can think of that may be interested.  Thanks, Anne, Wally, Dixie, Mr. Mudges, and Miss.
